Description

Arroyo Elementary PTA is holding its annual Spring Fundraiser, a gala that includes a live
and silent auction, on March 9, 2024. We are honored to devote our time and energy to the
success of our school. It is our goal to raise the necessary funds for programs including: P.E.
Instruction, Choir, Arts, Garden classes, learning support, Maker Space and field trips. This event provides
more than half of the PTA budget required for the above mentioned programs that directly
impact more than 600 students.


We are seeking your support by asking for tax-deductible donations of gift certificates,
services or products for our live and silent auction. We are also grateful for financial
sponsorship of specific school programs or underwriting portions of our event. Donors and
Sponsors will be recognized leading up to and throughout our event in promotional
communications and marketing materials.
