For thirty years, Covenant Ability Network of Illinois (CANIL) has been serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.  Our organization provides safe and loving homes in a Christian environment for residents to live purposeful, meaningful and dignified lives.  At CANIL, our homes and programs foster personal growth, encourage independence and encompass the well-being of the whole individual; physical, emotional, social and spiritual.  Dedicated staff provide 24-hour care in all areas of daily life to ensure our residents are happy, healthy and active members of the community.

On Sunday, May 5, 2024, we will host our 2nd Spring Gala celebrating our 30th anniversary.  The gala serves as our primary fundraising effort each year to help bridge the budgetary gaps unfulfilled by state funding.  In addition, the funds raised will assist in programming and improving our homes to best meet the needs of our residents.  A portion of this year’s proceeds will help provide residents the opportunity to attend summer camp at Covenant Harbor Bible Camp and to participate in community events.
