Dear Sir/Madam:

We are hosting our second fundraising crop (scrapbooking/card making day) with the funds raised to go to the Go Local Mission. The Go Local Mission aims to serve our community.

We are hosting our event at Fellowship Christian Reformed Church on May 2, 2020. We are seeking donations for silent auction as well as door prizes.

We plan on having 40 ladies attending our event and hope to raise funds for community events from this event. This is only possible through generous donations from businesses like yours.
