Our online auction will run May 7-15, 2022 and will reach over 1,000 families who are current or potential customers. Past auction items have received thousands of views, providing donors like you with an excellent targeted marketing opportunity.

At Families Together Cooperative Nursery School, parents and teachers work hand-in-hand to give young children a joyful, play-based preschool experience that builds a lifelong love of learning. For over 20 years, our school has served a diverse community of families drawn from Edgewater, Rogers Park, West Ridge, Ravenswood, Uptown, Andersonville, Lincoln Square and surrounding neighborhoods.

A peek into our classrooms reveals children loving school as they enthusiastically learn key social and academic skills through play; and experienced, passionate teachers facilitating this play through emergent curriculum. 

Families Together is one of the only preschools in Chicago that offers sliding scale tuition to families with more than 70% of our students qualifying for reduced tuition. Tuition covers a lot but not all of our operating expenses. Fundraising is critical to helping us fund our commitments to our sliding tuition scale and financial aid; a living wage and health and family leave benefits for staff; and our ongoing needs during the coronavirus pandemic. It also funds training and materials to support our Diversity, Anti-Oppression, and Belonging initiatives.
