Town Center Elementary, in the heart of Coppell, continues to provide outstanding educational opportunities for our children while also guiding them through innovative uses of technology in education. The Town Center Elementary PTO will be hosting its annual Spring Family Picnic and Auction to raise funds to support our teachers and administrators’ pursuit of making Town Center a leader in elementary education.

 Our annual Spring Family Picnic and Auction is a family focused event for Town Center kids as well as the entire community. It is our primary fundraising effort. Thanks to business supporters like you, the funds from our Spring Family Picnic help provide educational programs, curriculum improvements, books for the library, technology upgrades, additional PE equipment, and off-campus enrichment activities.

 This year’s Spring Family Picnic will be held at the school on Thursday, May 4, 2023 (all proceeds benefiting the students of Town Center Elementary). We hope you will consider donating an item or gift certificate for our auction.

 As a donor, there will be many opportunities for publicity and recognition. Over the next few months we will be promoting the event in our school newsletter & website, and on our regularly updated event website, highlighting key activities and donors. This event typically draws approximately 1000 people which includes 450 TCE students and their families. During the event, we will publicly acknowledge our generous donors and express our appreciation for their significant contributions.

 We realize you receive many requests, and genuinely appreciate any contribution you are able to make!
