On Saturday, May 20th 2023, we’ll be hosting our beloved annual Spring Pig-nic fundraising event. Historically, the Spring Pig-nic has always been our most popular event of the year, selling out at over 200 tickets! We have big plans for this year and expect it to be our most successful Spring Pig-nic to date. Guests will enjoy a tour of our sanctuary, opportunities to connect and bond with our rescued residents, talented live music, family-friendly activities, and a delicious catered vegan lunch. It’s no surprise that our supporters from across the country look forward to this event year after year, as it is truly a wonderful time!

 
As a non-profit organization, we rely solely on the generosity of our supporters, and our Spring Pig-nic is a major source of funding that helps keep our sanctuary running all year long! Over 140 rescued residents currently call Iowa Farm Sanctuary their home, and our work to rescue farmed animals, effect change, and educate the public right here in the epicenter of modern animal agriculture is vitally important.
