Saw Mill Road Elementary is preparing for our largest fundraiser of the year, the annual Spring Raffle Extravaganza! This annual event brings together parents, teachers, and community members to purchase tickets for the chance to win fantastic prizes. The 2024 raffle is being held in April– and we’re asking for your help.

 We believe in the power of community – communities and individuals thrive when talents and abilities of all are valued and fostered.  When we work together, we both benefit! Your contribution will help us raise funds for our school programs and in turn the raffle will drive exposure and patrons to your business. And remember, there is no contribution too big or too small!

 Contributions can be a cash donation, an item(s) for the auction including gift cards, or a purchased ad for $25 that is featured in the spring raffle program.  Contributors to the auction (regardless of amount) are featured in the program that will be distributed at the event as well as online. If possible, please send your contribution in around the first week of April.

If you would like to be a sponsor and make a cash donation or contribute an item valued at $75 or more:

 GOLD ($251-$500 cash or prize donation)

This level of support will be a premium prize and/or used to purchase a premium prize. In addition to your organization’s name being listed in our Spring Raffle materials, we will acknowledge your contribution as a Gold Sponsor in our community Facebook page for Saw Mill Road and you will be invited to participate in our “Meet the Sponsor Night” during our May PTA meeting to introduce yourself and your business to our community. Optional: You may supply a piece of collateral to be handed out with each raffle prize that is distributed.

 SILVER ($101-$250 cash or prize donation)

This level of support will be a standard prize and/or used to purchase prizes and gift cards for the raffle. In addition to your organization’s name being listed in our Spring Raffle materials, we will acknowledge your contribution as a Silver Sponsor in our community Facebook page for Saw Mill Road and you will be invited to participate in our “Meet the Sponsor Night” during our May PTA meeting to introduce yourself and your business to our community.​

 BRONZE ($75-$100 cash or prize donation)

This level of support will be a standard prize and/or used to purchase prizes and gift cards for the raffle. We will also acknowledge your contribution in our Spring Raffle materials as a Bronze Sponsor.

Each year we are faced with increased student population and reduced funding, making it increasingly difficult to provide aquality education to our students while also affording them an educational experience that goes beyond the classroom. This is why PTA fundraisers and your contribution are vital. The funds we generate from this event are used to provide programs and activities that benefit ALL of our 700+ students including: educational assemblies, cultural arts experiences, community-building events, and much needed equipment and supplies for the school (computers, classroom libraries, and audio-visual equipment). The education of our young people is an extremely important part of our community as they are the leaders of our future.
