Dear Potential Contributor,

 

Saw Mill Road Elementary School is preparing for their annual Spring Raffle Extravaganza – our largest fundraiser of the schoolyear. The Spring Raffle is a raffle event where participants will have the ability to purchase raffle tickets and win some fantastic prizes. The 2023 Spring Raffle will take place on Apr 19, 2023. We are now asking for your help.

 

2020-2022 has been anything but ordinary. At Saw Mill Road Elementary, we believe in the power of community – Communities and individuals thrive when talents and abilities of all are valued and fostered. We both can benefit when we work together! Your contribution will help us in our efforts to raise funds for our programs, while the Spring Raffle can help to bring exposure and patrons to your business. There is no contribution too big or too small. Contributions can be a cash donation, an item(s) for the auction including gift cards, or you could even a purchase an ad in our Spring Raffle Program for $25 (which will be distributed via email and posted online to our Saw Mill Road CommunityFacebook page).

 

If you would like to be a sponsor and make a cash donation or contribute an item valued at $75 or more, please see the below bronze, silver and gold sponsor options. All contributors to the auction (regardless of amount) will be mentioned in our Spring Raffle Program:

 

• GOLD ($251-$500 cash or prize donation)
This level of support will be a premium prize and/or used to purchase a premium prize. In addition to your organization’s name being listed in our Spring Raffle materials, we will acknowledge your contribution as a Gold Sponsor in our community Facebook page for Saw Mill Road, display your company name and/or logo on each prize, and you will be invited to participate in our “Meet the Sponsor Night” during our May PTA meeting to introduce yourself and your business to our community. Optional: You may supply a piece of collateral to be handed out with each raffle prize that is distributed.

 

• SILVER ($101-$250 cash or prize donation)
This level of support will be a standard prize and/or used to purchase prizes and gift cards for the raffle. In addition to your organization’s name being listed in our Spring Raffle materials, we will acknowledge your contribution as a Silver Sponsor in our community Facebook page for Saw Mill Road, display your company name as a Silver sponsor on each prize, and you will be invited to participate in our “Meet the Sponsor Night” during our May PTA meeting to introduce yourself and your business to our community.​

 

• BRONZE ($75-$100 cash or prize donation)
This level of support will be a standard prize and/or used to purchase prizes and gift cards for the raffle. We will also acknowledge your contribution in our Spring Raffle materials as a Bronze Sponsor and display your company name as a Bronze sponsor on each prize.

 

Your contribution will be put to good use. Each year we are faced with an increasing student population and reduced funding. This makes it increasingly harder to provide quality education to our students while also affording them an educational experience that goes beyond the classroom. This is why PTA fundraisers and your contribution are vital. The funds we generate from this event are used to provide programs and activities that benefit ALL of our 700+ Saw Mill students including: educational assemblies, cultural arts experiences, community-building events, and much needed equipment and supplies for the school (computers, classroom libraries, and audio-visual equipment). The education of our young people is an extremely important part of our community as they are the leaders of our future.
