RCRC is a local Texas (Bastrop County) 501(c)(3) non-profit kids baseball and softball organization since 1976. For our continued program success and the best possible experience for the kids participating in our program each season, we like to partner with a lot of local community businesses to help support our program while in turn, helping small local businesses advertise and spread the word about their goods and services. We do reach out beyond our local area to help support our mission as well. We are currently in need of donations (gift certificates and physical goods/services) for our spring fundraiser auction at the end of this month, Saturday, May 31. We also partner with some of our local community first responders to come hang out with the kids so they can get to know some the heroes that keep our community safe, offer waterslides, silent and live auctions, raffles, an obstacle course, and finish our night with fireworks! We would love to partner with you this season! We would love to acknowledge your donation by listing your business on our community sponsors page, add your logo at the bottom of nearly every tab on our page, and when the auctioneer mentions what is up for auction, he will mention who donated it! We are also always looking for banner sponsors, that last a year. There are different levels available to choose from and all money beyond the cost of making the banner is put back into the program to help keep registration costs the lowest we can for all families; we offer sponsorships for kids’ registration costs as needed; and towards upkeep/upgrades of the grounds/facilities. We do not hold tryouts and our philosophy is that every child will have the opportunity to be an active participant of their team, to encourage competitive fair play, teamwork, hard work, confidence, good sportsmanship, and of course FUN!
