Description

Dear Supporting Education Partner,

On behalf of the American Academy-Motsenbocker PTO, a Douglas County, Colorado {Preschool-8th grade} charter school, I would like to thank you in advance for your consideration in donating to our annual Spring Fundraiser- Spring Soiree.  American Academy strives to achieve academic excellence through a challenging, sequenced curriculum that emphasizes Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM) along with our Core Knowledge subjects in order to provide our children with the tools to become the leaders of tomorrow. Together, our students, faculty, parents and community will cultivate character, civic responsibility, and intellectual development.

On April 4, 2020 the Parent Teacher Organization of the American Academy-Motsenbocker campus (AAPTO-MB),will sponsor our 6th annual Spring Soirée and Auction Fundraiser at the Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club near Parker, CO. Proceeds from this event will assist with supporting several campus fundraising projects for the year including:

  • Teacher Classroom Supplies (annual basic needs, SMART boards, microphones)
  • Technology Hardware (2020: Virtual Reality goggles! We want our kids to be exposed to the most cutting edge technology and understand how it works.)
  • Technology Software (spyware, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Software and App Licenses (Ex: Raz Kids, IXL, GoAnimate!, Discovery Education)
  • Specialized Teacher Training (i.e. Go Math)
  • Sports Equipment
  • Gym Facility Equipment (2020:speaker system for our gym which will impact ALL grades Preschool-8th Grade)
  • Specials Materials (Art, Music, PE, Technology materials)
  • And other school improvements & STEAM based initiatives.

In support of the educators of our future leaders and fellow community members, the AAPTO-MB would greatly appreciate a donation from your business to include in our auction to help us reach our goals. We will have a silent and live auction, to which donations will be allocated to generate the most financial reward possible. We are happy to acknowledge your donation on our AAPTO-MB website and at the event. There are also sponsorship opportunities for this event, if you are interested.
