Description
Our PTO supports 100 staff members and 1000 students with funds
not otherwise provided by the school district. At this event, typically attended by about 300-500
community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise, tickets for admission and services
generously donated by business like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for much-needed
upgrades to our school playgrounds and departments.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. We would be excited to feature your
company and donation at the auction display as well as in our school newsletter and social
media posts. We are also more than happy to provide our 501c letter for your charitable
donation.
