Good day to you, friend and supporter of the Oley Valley Youth League (OVYL).  We are coming to you in hopes that you might want to consider a donation to our 2022 Baseball and Softball Opening Day.  The OVYL is completely privately funded without any other source of income from township, state or any other government funds.  We operate self-sufficiently through registration fees and the generosity of our supporters, coupled with the funds we drive from fundraising.  Perhaps you may want to take a moment to visit our website at www.ovyl.org and explore a brief history of the roots of the Oley Valley Youth League.      

Your donation will aid in raising funds at our annual Baseball and Softball Opening Day which will help ensure that OVYL is able to maintain the fields, facilities and continue to provide quality sports programs to the youth we serve.

I am purposing the opportunity for your business to make a contribution to OVYL.  Donations can be made in the form of monetary donation, which would help to defray the costs of this event.  Donations can also be made in the form of gift cards, product bundles or raffle basket to be used for participants to bid on or be raffled.  All donations are tax deductible as OVYL is a non-profit organization.  Federal ID # 23-2124697. 

In return for your generous donation and in addition to tax deductible receipt, your company would be advertised on OVYL website for one year following the event, promoted through social media outlets and recognized the day of the event.  Special arrangements would be made for more sizable donations for a longer advertisement on the website as well as other advertising outlets.  This would be discussed on a case by case basis at the discretion of the OVYL Board of Directors.
