To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing on behalf of the Murray Elementary School PTO to request a donation for our upcoming Basket Raffle scheduled for April 19, 2024. At this event, which is typically part of our Spring Swing, we raffle off themed baskets built by each classroom, filled with merchandise, and services that have been generously donated by businesses like yours. We are hoping to receive a donation from your business to coordinate with the nearly 30 themed Spring Swing Basket. 

This is always our biggest fundraiser of the year and brings in our community members and school community families alike! Our school was selected as the #1 Public Elementary School in Kentucky last year and we believe this year's event will be the biggest yet.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you donate for the raffle basket, your business will be recognized on the basket display at the event as well as on our social media pages and throughout the event. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax-exempt ID (EIN:32-0980330) number for your records.
