The Arc-Solano is thrilled to host our 5th Annual Sprout Film Festival! We will once again be at the Vallejo Naval & Historical Museum in downtown Vallejo. Our film festival will feature short films from a variety of genres that feature people with intellectual & developmental disabilities. The afternoon will also include a silent auction, no-host bar, and delicious finger foods.
