Hello! 

We are inquiring to see if your company would be willing to donate raffle items for our Craft Fair Raffles.

Here are the details:
Soule Road Elementary PTO & 5th Grade will host the 2022 Fall Craft Fair on Saturday, November 12th, from 9 AM to 4 PM at the school.
We have over 100 vendors, raffles, and 5th Grade snack bar. We usually have over 400 people attend.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the SRE 5th Grade field trip.  

We raffle gift cards, tickets, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours. 

We would greatly appreciate any donation. We believe this would draw a lot of attention to the event and raise funds for student events.

Should you be willing to provide this donation request, your business will be recognized at the event and on our PTO Facebook page. We will also provide the PTO’s E.I.N. #16-1582994 and the tax-exempt ID #230761 for your records.
