Description
My name is Patti Nowaczyk and I am the proud Gold Star Mother of Army SSG David Nowaczyk who was killed in Afghanistan in 2012 while serving his country.
In conjunction with the Town of Dyer, Indiana we are fundraising to build memorials to our fallen military andn their families. This year we are having a golf outing as our fundraisher.
We need door prizes, gifts, raffles or silent auction gifts for our event. We are also looking for hole sponsors and signage of your donation will be placed around the holes at the golf courses.
