The Home School Association of St. Ann School, is preparing for its annual Chinese Auction, to be held on Friday November 16th, 2018.

This event has become our largest fundraiser. As Chairwoman of the event, I am calling upon you in the hope that you would consider making a donation from your company for support. At this time I am hoping you would be kind enough to donate merchandise, and or gift certificates, that we could use to raffle off at our event. It's a great way to advertise your business; over 500 people attend the event. We are also taking monetary donations to sponsor our big prizes.

In return, your business name would be named on a prize of that approximate value, and your business would be mentioned in our flyer for the evening as being a contributor to the event.

If you would like to send an item, please forward it to the above address. If you are a local merchant, we would be more than happy to send a representative from the school to pick up your donation.
