Description

Dear Sir or Madam:
An exciting nonprofit organization, St. Clair TNR & Rescue, hit the ground running in 2017! Since then, we have helped
spay and neuter a multitude of dogs and cats in St. Clair County, IL, taken in sick and injured animals and helped them get
the medical care they desperately needed, helped community members alter their animals at reduced rates, and gone on a
variety of after-hour calls from local police and fire departments (cats and dogs hit by vehicles requiring immediate
medical attention, dogs from house fires requiring an ER visit, lost pets needing help returning home, neglected and
abandoned animals needing a place to stay, etc.). Our mission: St. Clair TNR & Rescue volunteers are committed to
reducing the volume of animals entering our local animal control facility through low cost spay/neuter options, TNR (trap,
neuter, return), pet retention solutions, and rescue/adoption services. We believe that one day they will ALL be home!
We work to help our county continue to achieve its No Kill status each year. Animals go to Animal Control by no fault of
their own, and that is why we believe they should all have a chance to find their Hap-paw-ily Ever After! We are located
at 3067 Plum Hill School Rd. in Belleville, IL 62221.
During this exciting time, we are hosting a trivia night and a silent auction on March 16, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. at the Swansea
Improvement Association, 301 Service St. in Swansea, IL. We will have ten rounds of trivia as well as a silent auction,
50/50, game of Dead or Alive, game of Heads or Tails, and door prizes. If you are passionate about animal welfare and
would like the opportunity to have your company’s name and logo displayed for all to see, please consider helping make
this event a huge success. Please feel free to hang our flyer, make copies to share, display on your Facebook page, etc.
Please consider donating an item for our silent auction, door prizes, sponsoring a round of trivia ($100), or making a
monetary donation to help offset our costs. All funds raised will go directly to animals in need by providing for the
medical care of animals we intake, assisting us with the ability to intake more animals, and providing TNR services to
feral cats in St. Clair County. We request all donations arrive by March 4, 2023. Our EIN is 82-3050924. We will gladly
send a donation receipt.
Please contact Nicole Webster at 618-978-2818 or by e-mail at tnrstclaircounty@gmail.com. Donations can be mailed
directly to St. Clair TNR & Rescue, 3067 Plum Hill School Rd., Belleville, IL 62221. Thank you for supporting the
animals of St. Clair County during this progressive time. We are extremely hopeful that one day, they will all be home!
We appreciate your time and consideration.
Regards,
Nicole C. Webster
