The St. Francis Elementary APT (Association of Parents and Teachers) is having its annual school carnival on Saturday, May 16, 2020.  Again this year, we have a great opportunity for local businesses to participate. There are 3 ways to Sponsor SFE and Advertise for your Company. 

MERCHANDISE, CERTIFICATE or CASH DONATION:The APT is accepting donations of gift certificates, or merchandise to include in our raffles & giveaways. The APT will be purchasing some larger prizes for the raffle and would appreciate any monetary donations made toward these purchases. In return, we will help promote your business by placing a sign thanking all of the businesses that have helped make the carnival a success posted near the entryway.
GAME / EVENT SPONSORSHIP: For a minimum donation of $25, you can sponsor 1 game at the carnival. Your donation will help us purchase prizes for the games. In return, we will help promote your business by placing a sign with your company’s name next to the game. There is no limit to the number of games sponsored. We will also have additional signage thanking all of the businesses that have helped make the carnival a success posted near the entryway.
VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME; The event requires over 100 volunteers from the St. Francis Community to help make the event a success. Our volunteers to work at game booths, in the kitchen, selling tickets, and setting up before and cleaning up after the carnival. All volunteers will receive a free meal ticket and 10 game tickets and an “Exclusive” Volunteer Raffle Chance. Shifts are 10:30am-1:00pm & 12:30- 3:15pm, 3:00-5:00 pm on 3/23 and 5:00- 9:00pm on 3/22. 
The emphasis for our carnival is to provide a fun community event for our students and their families and to raise money for the school. We anticipate over 900 community members and families to be present.  With the proceeds, we are able to purchase items such as books for the media center, classroom field trips, technology enhancements, and classroom supplies.
