Dear Community Supporter,

We are reaching out today on behalf of St. Francis of Assisi School. Our parents and staff work together through many initiatives during the year to raise money to support relevant curriculum needs and technology updates for our wonderfully diverse school serving students in Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade.

We will be hosting our Annual Live/ Silent Auction on April 26, 2024, to raise funds to support curriculum resources for our students as well as purchase of learning tools (i.e., Ipads, books) and PE equipment. This will allow our students to receive enriching and educating experiences both in and out of the classroom. The auction will be held at our school this year.

Because we believe the community plays a larger role in the success of our school, we are reaching out to local businesses like you to ask for help. We are hoping we can count on you to become a St. Francis of Assisi School Live/Silent Auction Sponsor, who can make a remarkable tangible difference in the lives of our students, teachers, and community. The event this year will be open to the community and is free. This year we are requesting the following support from community businesses in any capacity that may be provided. A donation of a product or service from your business will greatly help raise funds. All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. Your donation can be something as simple as a gift certificate for a product, basket of goods, or monetary support for the live/silent auction items.
