The St. Francis School Gala is an adult community event that includes dinner, entertainment, live and silent auctions, a fund-a-need, and pledge drive. This year’s “Gone Country” Gala will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024, in the St. Francis Parish Hall featuring country singer Chaunté Shayne. With the help of our sponsors and donors, we have a goal of raising $140,000 for building improvements and curriculum. With the funds raised, we hope to to install new windows in the original school building ($40,000), replace a rooftop HVAC unit in the early childhood wing ($14,000), purchase new math textbooks ($15,000), phonics curriculum ($5,000), science workbooks ($1,500), religion workbooks ($1,200), and handwriting workbooks ($1,000) for grades K-5, and purchase four iPads for the STEM lab ($1,200). Additional funds raised will provide essential support for the annual operating expenses of St Francis School, aiming to bridge the tuition gap and emphasizing support for staff salaries to enhance teacher retention.
