On behalf of St. James, we would appreciate a moment of your time. On November 2nd, 2024 St. James will be hosting their
38th Annual Dinner Auction as a major fundraiser for our parish and school. Previously, proceeds from the Annual Dinner
Auction have been used for online educational tools, new iPads and security systems for our school. It is no secret that small,
Catholic schools are struggling right now. We need your help now more than ever. Please help us make this our best one yet!
To make this event a success, we rely on the support of businesses such as yours. We realize not all businesses can make
charitable donations, so we are offering a couple of options that are listed below.

**If you choose an ad donation your business ad will be displayed in our auction booklet which is distributed to our guests.
2. Item Donation (i.e., sporting event tickets, gift certificates)
We are sure that you receive many requests for donations, but in order to make this event a success we rely on businesses,
corporations, and individuals such as yourself that are able to donate their products, services, or other items (i.e. gift
certificates, hotel stays, theater tickets, autographed items, cash contributions, etc.) to help make this year’s auction the biggest
and best ever!
Donations can be mailed or dropped off at St. James’ rectory, address above. Please have all donations and sponsor
information submitted by October 21, 2024 in order to be included in the auction book. St. James is a nonprofit recognized
as a tax-exempt organization by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3) and will provide a letter recognizing your donation.
