On behalf of the students of St. John the Baptist Catholic School, I would like to request a donation from your business for our 24th Annual Benefit Gala to be held at the Davidson Center, Huntsville, Saturday, February 25, 2023.

St. John’s is an accredited, non-profit, Pre-K–8 school located in Madison, Alabama. (Federal Tax ID 86-3952393).  The school is fully dependent on tuition, church subsidy, fundraising and charitable gifts to support its educational programs and operations.  All funds raised from the Benefit Gala directly benefit our students. In addition to raising money through ticket sales, games, raffles and sponsorships, the Benefit Gala features both silent and live auctions.  Both auctions depend on donated items to make them a success. 

Although your business is not located in the immediate vicinity, our Gala patrons originate from areas all throughout the US, and many travel to destinations for vacations and experiences.  All donated items will be viewed and bid upon by hundreds of patrons attending the Gala.
