We are a community where human and divine meet, where people of all ages gather to grow in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. We hope to be Christ's presence in the community by serving the needs of our neighbors. We work towards a more inclusive community by serving not just our own parishioners but also the individuals and families around us through our area food pantry, utility assistance program and other social services. We also provide education of the full person through our parish school and religious education programs. 
We have our annual parish picnic, and at the picnic we have a raffle to raise money for a local maternity home that is being built by Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri. Last year we were able to raise $500 and are excited to try and exceed that goal this year. Businesses that donate items are advertised and attendees are encouraged to continue to patronize them in the future.
