St. Mary of the Mills' Fall Church Bazaar is our largest fundraising event of the year. The money raised at this Bazaar will allow us to continue serving the Laurel, Maryland Community and Prince Georges, Howard, Montgomery and Anne Arundel counties. Our Mission is to open our doors to all who want to worship, who seek shelter, and who are in need of food or family help within this community. We do this by providing groceries from our food pantry, counseling, and rental and utility help to those in need.

The Fall Bazaar has several components. The first is a rummage sale that collects donated items and sells them for a very modest rate. This is a great way for families to buy kitchenware, toys, small appliances, and other items for a manageable price. The second is an eatery that includes food from the cultural communities at our parish. The third component of this event, and the one for which we are seeking donations, is a series of silent auctions and raffles. We ask for donations of items that can be auctioned off, such as tickets, plane miles, timeshares, company hosted experiences, and gift cards. 

Donors will want to participate in this event for a few reasons. The most important is that they would be doing a great service to our community by ensuring this Bazaar is a success. Secondly, people who are not familiar with their services will hear of their brand and possibly experience their services for the first time. Thirdly, we will also advertise with donations as an incentive for participation, so donors can be assured of lots of advertising!
