Dear Sir or Madam,                                    

I am writing on behalf of the Bells and Blessings Annual Dinner Auction Committee sponsored by St. Mary’s School. Bells and Blessings is one of our school fundraisers with approximately 200 community members and leaders in attendance. We auction items including gift cards, merchandise, trips and services generously donated by businesses like yours. We are currently in need of donations for our silent and live auction event scheduled for December 11, 2021. In the event we are unable to conduct the auction live, we will host an online auction. This year's auction proceeds will be used to equip the primary classrooms with interactive SMART board technology as well as support our STEM curriculum in grades K-8 by providing much needed resources to make this program a success.      

If your business is able to support us in any way, please let us know how you would like to contribute. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Your business will be recognized in a presentation during the event, the auction program, and the school newsletter.
