Description

On Saturday, November 18th, St. Monica School is hosting its annual Christmas Fair. Throughout the past sixty plus years, St. Monica School has been an academic opportunity for the families of the Merrimack Valley. The Christmas Fair is open to the community and we anticipate at least 350 attendees.

We are inquiring about a donation to help support our event. We are trying to acquire gift cards and product donations for raffles during the fair. I have attached a letter containing more information about the event and our goals for this school year. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information or documentation.

St. Monica School is committed to continue to grow and be innovative in instruction, programing and school activities. Students will be able to look forward to the return of the Bowling Club, Art Club, STEM Program, Basketball Teams, and more. Last year we debuted Drama Club with a production of Annie Jr. at the Methuen Musical Hall. What an incredible collaboration in our community. For our thrill seekers, the Ski Club was a huge success. Both these programs will be continuing this fall as well. New this year is our Junior High Advisory Program, developing their leadership skills and performing community service. Our youngest students will be enjoying a rehabilitated play space! Our elementary students will be working with a unique collaboration between Nevins Public Library and our art teacher to develop a deep connection with literacy across various media materials. We are fortunate to have incredible teachers, support staff, counselors, and specialists to manifest these opportunities for our students and their families. We are seeking donations to support our continued efforts to provide access to a rigorous faith- filled education, and engaging activities for students, families, and parishioners.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration,

Kim Boucher
