To whom it may concern, I am writing to you on behalf of the Augusta teen center.We currently offer 3 programs, one of them being an A2S program where kids that get kicked out of school instead of going home come to our program and we work with them to get them back in school and be successful. We also offer after school program where kids from kennebec county are welcome to come for free, the kids are fed dinner and provided transportation home. The last program we offer is D2A where we help kids stay out of the legal system. If they get into legal issue we work with the DA to keep them out of the system but working with them on community service. We have found a new building and are fundraising to help us get the building where we need it to be for us to move in. We are asking business to donate tickets or gift certificates to help with our auction we have on March 17th 2022.
