Dear Friend of St. Therese School:

We are getting ready for “The most exciting two nights of spring” as the Annual St. Therese Mothers Club Spring Social Weekend is set to take place on March 8th and 9th of 2024. Everyone is sure to have a blast with this year’s theme – My Ol Kentucky Home: Big Hats, Bowties and Bourbon. In keeping with tradition, the first night of the weekend will be ladies only– dinner and drinks will keep the party moving with plenty of opportunities to win with bingo, raffles, split-the-pot, and games. Then on Saturday, the men will join the women for the excitement in a co-ed, adult-only evening filled with dinner and drinks, music, games, raffles, live-auctions, and so much more.

The planning committee is eager to make this year another runaway success. As with any fundraising activity however, we will need the help of the community. We are seeking donations to be used as prizes for our games and raffles during the two-day event. The committee is eager to accept most any item for a donation, including merchandise, gift certificates, and cash donations. As a donor, you can also submit a business card or other identifying information with your donated item so that your business or organization can be featured along with it.

To those generous donors wishing to make a monetary contribution of $250 or more, we also have opportunities for you to become a sponsor. Sponsors for the event will receive tickets for the weekend along with more prominent advertising for their business or organization. 

This is one of St. Therese School’s largest annual fundraisers and all profits go directly to our school to further the education of our students.  Due to the success of this event in recent years, the school has been able to purchase classroom supplies, computer software, chrome books for students, and upgraded school equipment. With another successful event this year, we hope to be able to do so much more!
