Dear St. Thomas the Apostle School Supporter:

I am writing to you on behalf of the St. Thomas the Apostle Home & School Association. Our school is preparing for its 47th Annual Tricky Tray, the school’s largest and most attended event.  This year’s event is scheduled for May 9, 2024 at The Fiesta in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey. We anticipate 200-250 guests in attendance. 

The proceeds from this event are used towards educational programs and technology for our students which include chrome books, classwork software, media, arts & science upgrades, and our ever growing safety and security.

The success of our fundraising efforts depends entirely on the generosity of companies and organizations like yours. On behalf of the Home & School Association, I am asking your business/organization participate in our event as follows: 

Donate a gift or a gift certificate to the St. Thomas Home & School Association to be used as one of our raffle prizes. You can also refer to our registry at MyRegistry.com by looking up St Thomas the Apostle HSA.
In lieu of a gift, we can also accept a check donation made payable to “St. Thomas the Apostle H&S Association”.

Since St Thomas is an exempt organization, your donation is considered a charitable contribution. Our exemption number is E-221-500-641/000.  As a thank you to your organization, your Organization/Business will be displayed with the gifted basket and will also be in our printed program as a featured contributing sponsor.

Any donation that you could give would be greatly appreciated. We respectfully ask that all donations are submitted by April 30, 2024 or sooner to allow us time to organize and prepare for the event.
