Dear Store Owner or Manager,
We are currently in the process of planning this year’s Teacher Appreciation Week, which will be held
May 5-9th 2025, here at Gary D. Wright Elementary. Our teachers and staff support our students and
families in so many ways throughout the school year! This is the time for us to be able to give back to
them. By providing meals, snacks and small gifts and raffle prizes, we can treat our staff to a wonderful
week and let them know how much we appreciate their hard work and dedication.
We are inviting local businesses like yours, to partner with us in making this event a success. Any
donation , raffle item or gift card would be greatly appreciated, and help keep costs down for our
families. Your contribution will be recognized and made public to our families through our school
website, and PTO Facebook page, along with being posted in our lobby for all to see. We are also a
501c3 not for profit. You can find our tax ID number at the bottom of this letter. If you have any
