To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Mackenzie Boucher  and I am a teacher at Laird School  in Tempe, AZ. 

I am part of the Staff Morale Committee which helps build community amongst our staff members, as well as surprises teachers with treats to keep their morale up throughout the school year. 

The reason I am writing you is to see if you would be willing to make a donation to our teachers. Donations could be in the form of gift cards to give away as prizes, coupons, discounted food for a staff night out, or food donated for a luncheon. Any donations would go directly to the teachers at our school.
