Annual Silent Auction & Steamapalooza benefiting Simpson Middle School. Silent Auction to take place in the cafeteria and will have online bidding.  All proceeds to benefit the Simpson Middle School STEAM program.

Dear Business Owner,

The students and Parent Teacher Association (PTSA) at Simpson Middle School would greatly appreciate your participation in our 2023 Silent Auction on January 26th, 2023.  We are actively seeking donations from businesses to auction off at our event. 

This year we will incorporate the auction into a family friendly Simpson Steamapalooza in person event!  This will bring together our local community for an evening of fun with STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) activities and an on-line auction.  We are writing to invite your business to take part in this event.

We are actively seeking sporting event tickets, family experiences, family vacation packages, special event tickets, gift baskets, electronics or services. In addition to receiving excellent community exposure and visibility in our affluent, family-oriented, and expanding community, your business will also receive the following benefits:

Your company name/logo will be prominently displayed on our on-line auction web page and will be hyperlinked to your company website.
A description and photograph of your donation will also be displayed for all the registered bidders to see.
Your company name/logo will be recognized in the PTSA newsletter

Proceeds from the event will benefit the many important programs and services provided for our students, teachers, and families by the Simpson Middle School PTSA. This year, the PTSA will host family engagement events, sponsor community outreach programs, support STEAM and Health and Wellness activities, fund Technology and STEAM supplies, as well as provide curriculum support.
