Dear Generous Business Owner,

My name is Jenn Young and I am a parent and volunteer at Assumption Academy in Broadview Hts. We are a non-profit, Purple Star school serving nearly 200 students in preschool through 8th grade. We are excited to announce that Assumption Academy will be hosting its 1st ever Stella Maris Regatta - Social Event Fundraiser this school year on April 13, 2024. This event is the Academy’s largest fundraiser that is attended by 250 parents, family and friends and will be held annually. This fundraiser will allow us to raise funds to purchase much needed school supplies, technology, equipment to help our students and teachers throughout the school year, and much needed building requirements.

I am contacting you in the hopes that you would consider assisting us with our fundraiser this year. By donating not only will you be performing a charitable act in a local community, but also this event is a great opportunity for you to inexpensively market your business, products, services, and upcoming events at little to no cost. There will be parents, family members and friends attending our event, and needless to say your donation is tax deductible. There are various ways in which you can assist; donating an item/service for our basket raffle/silent auction, purchasing a spotlight in our event program, becoming an event sponsor; or you can propose your own unique sponsorship idea. I know you get many requests like this, but we would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer, it would mean a great deal to us. We would also be glad to pass out any promotional material, this is a great opportunity to attract new business and many of our parents are regular patrons of your establishment and would consider a donation from your business a special treat. Please consider one or more of the following opportunities:

1. Donation Items: Donate items/services that can be used for a raffle gift basket or silent auction item to promote your business, products, service or upcoming event.

2. Business Spotlight: You may also spotlight your business in our event program, the pricing is as follows: quarter page spotlight - $40; half page spotlight - $80; full page spotlight - $150. You may also choose to have your spotlight on a large printed poster size sign that will be displayed at the event for $250. Don’t have the graphics for your spotlight? No worries, we can create one for you at no additional cost.

3. Event Sponsorship: Want the Royal Treatment? Become an Event Sponsor! This can range from a donation of $2,000 all the way down to $300 which includes advertising opportunities (please see the additional letter below.) Or you can propose your own unique sponsorship idea. This is limited in availability and time and also sells out very quickly.

Thank you in advance for any contribution you choose to make for this school year’s event, any help would be greatly appreciated. Please try to have your donations, spotlights, and sponsorships submitted any time from now until April 1st. A letter verifying your donation will be sent out within 30 days after the event for your tax purposes. Our annual fundraiser will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 and becoming a sponsor at this event is a great opportunity. At least 200 parents, family and friends attending the event will see your business in the spotlight; we hope you would consider becoming a sponsor. This is a great way to market your business, products, services, and upcoming events. There are various levels of sponsorship that you can choose from. Please consider one of the following levels:

Title Sponsor $2,000: Includes 2 tables of 8 at the event with a table-top sign (over $600 value) and premium business spotlight in our Event Program ($350 value) with front or back page spotlight. Also included are the following sponsor exclusive promotions: Sign spotlight at the event, promotion in advance on our event flier, verbal spotlights throughout the evening of the event and recurring spotlights on our Assumption Academy Parent CORPS Facebook page with logo, contact info and link to company website drawing hundreds of parents. There are only two available Title Sponsorships available, so you have to act fast.

Gold Sponsor $1,500: Includes 1 table of 8 or 10 at the event with tabletop sign (over $320 value) and premium business spotlight in our Event Program ($150 value) with one full page spotlight. Also included are the following sponsor exclusive promotions: Sign spotlight at the event, promotion in advance on our event flier, verbal promotions throughout the evening of the event and recurring spotlight on our Assumption Academy Parent CORPS Facebook page with logo, contact info and link to company website drawing hundreds of parents.

Silver Sponsor $1,000: Includes premium business spotlight in our Event Program ($150 value) with a half page spotlight and the following sponsor exclusive promotions: Sign spotlight at the event, promotion in advance on our event flier, verbal promotions throughout the evening of the event and recurring promotion on our Assumption Academy Parent CORPS Facebook page with logo, contact info and link to company website drawing hundreds of parents.

Bronze Sponsor $300: Includes premium business spotlight in our Event Program ($80 value) with a half page ad and the following sponsor exclusive promotions: Sign spotlight at the event, verbal promotions throughout the evening of the event and recurring promotion on our Assumption Academy Parent CORPS Facebook page with logo, contact info and link to company website drawing hundreds of parents.

Teachers Table Sponsor $400: Includes premium business spotlight in our Event Program ($150 value)with quarter page spotlight, a table top tent on the table purchased, verbal promotions throughout the evening of the event and recurring promotion on our Academy Parent CORPS Facebook page with logo, contact info and link to company website drawing hundreds of parents. There is only one available Teacher Sponsorship available, so you have to act fast.

Dessert Table Sponsor $500: Includes premium business spotlight in our Event Program ($150 value) with quarter page spotlight, a table top tent on the table purchased, verbal promotions throughout the evening of the event and recurring promotion on our Academy Parent CORPS Facebook page with logo, contact info and link to company website drawing hundreds of parents. There are limited Dessert Sponsorships available, so you have to act fast.

Beer & Wine Sponsor: $1,000: Includes premium business spotlight in our event Program ($150 value) with quarter page spotlight, a table top tent on the table purchased, verbal promotions throughout the evening of the event and recurring promotion on our Academy Parent CORPS Facebook page with logo, contact info and link to company website drawing hundreds of parents. There are limited Beer & Wine Sponsorships available, so you have to act fast.
