Step Forward to Cure TSC is the largest event fighting to find a cure for TSC. Over the past 21 years, the TSC community, volunteers, corporate partners and advocates have helped raise more than $19.2 million through Step Forward to Cure TSC. This year we are pleased to present a month-long series of in-person and virtual walks, runs and rides where individuals will wear their event t-shirts and band together around the globe to raise awareness of TSC.

On May 19th, 2024, we will be hosting a local walk in Carrollton TX at Mary Heads Carter Park. On this day, individuals and families affected by TSC will join to increase public awareness of this rare disease and share their stories of hope for the future. Last year, we had over 400 people in attendance and believe we will have more this year.
