The Stephenson County Health Department is hosting it's very first Family Block Party. The event is a day of fun, activities, food and prizes for families. There will be fun activities and games for the kids that include water ball tossing, spelling blocks, sing along music, petting zoo, firehouse, sidewalk chaulk painting, face painting and car seat inspection to assure parents are equipped with the knowledge on how to install a car seat properly. There will be a raffle to help draw families to the event. We are seeking donations to help make this event an incredible experience for the families we serve and draw in new families to the health department so that they take advantage of all the wonderful services we provide. With donor support, we will be able to purchase food i.e. hot dogs, bottled water, apples and fruit bars. The donations will also be utilized for marketing the event and items for the raffles and materials and supplies for the fun acitivities. We are expecting 100+ attendees and we need your help! In return for your generous donation, we will announce all donors at the event, include logos in our flyers and in all social media platforms.
