This year’s gala will take place on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the elegant Westin San Antonio North Ballroom, located at 9821 Colonnade Boulevard. We are honored to welcome Bexar County Sheriff Salazar as our guest speaker, and we anticipate a vibrant evening with 350+ attendees, including community partners, government officials, healthcare providers, and individuals who share our mission.
For nearly four decades, BEAT AIDS has been a cornerstone in the fight against HIV/AIDS, providing critical prevention, education, and supportive services to the people of Bexar County. As the longest-standing and largest HIV/AIDS prevention organization in the region, we’ve worked tirelessly to save lives, foster hope, and build a healthier community. This year’s gala promises to be an upscale, celebratory event, where we will:
