Stillwater Township PTA is well underway planning our 2016 Tricky Tray Raffle. This year’s Tricky Tray will be April 15, 2016 and all funds raised will go towards supporting PTA programs for the remainder of the 2015-2016 school year and preparing for the upcoming 2016-2017 school year. The success of this event depends on donations from generous companies such as yours.

The Stillwater Township PTA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit comprised of parents, teachers and administrators of the Stillwater Township Elementary School located in rural Sussex County, New Jersey which serves approximately 318 Pre-K through 6^th grade students. The underlying philosophy of our PTA is to maintain a cooperative effort between the school, home and community in order to benefit all of our children. The executive board works closely with the teachers and administration to plan relevant co-curricular programs such as Back to School Night, Career Night, Spelling Bee and assemblies throughout the year; and to provide students with calendar/agenda homework pads pre-printed with school information. Parent and teacher volunteers also plan extra-curricular events including a Halloween Party and Trunk or Treat; Family Game Night/Movie Nights; Cultural Arts Trips; book fairs and a Talent Show. Each year we award scholarships for four students of our graduating 6th grade class and two high school seniors of the graduating class of our sending district. This year the PTA has been asked to help fund a school greenhouse project that will benefit the entire community not only academically, but socially and economically as well. The amount and range of the opportunities that we are able to provide for our children is dependent, in part, upon fundraising efforts such as our annual Tricky Tray.

All contributions are greatly appreciated and so it is with hope and enthusiasm that we ask you to consider donating a product or service to help make this year’s event even more successful than it has been in the past. Please keep in mind that we can also accept monetary donations to be used to purchase prizes. In recognition of your donation, your company name and donation will be listed in our event’s program, on the tray itself and will be posted on our Stillwater PTA Tricky Tray Facebook event page.
