The JA Stock Market Challenge is a unique and dynamic event that has professionals from generous companies all over Arizona coming together for a night of fun and friendly competition, all while supporting important education for Arizona students. 

Proceeds from the JA Stock Market Challenge make it possible for hundreds of high school students to participate in the Virtual JA Student Stock Market Challenge event! This year we hope to raise enough funds to offer the Stock Market Challenge to over 1,000 students.

Teams/participants are issued $500,000 to buy mock stock in 30 fictitious companies. Once the opening bell is rung, the market opens and every 60-90 seconds is a new trading day!

Due to the volatile market and the game’s frantic pace, teams are challenged as they compete for the largest portfolio by the end of trading. Depending on your team’s level of involvement, get better positions on the floor, tips about companies’ performances, and opportunities to see your team standings.
