Description

Junior Achievement (JA) of Orange County, a nonprofit that provides vital economic and financial literacy education to students in grades K-12 in Orange County, is hosting its 17th annual Stock Market Championship [SMC] signature fundraising event on October 14, 2021. This is a unique, fast-paced event where guests compete in teams of four in a simulated stock market floor to see who can earn the highest portfolio value and the highest portfolio growth.

For the past 16 years, the SMC has not only served as a means of raising revenue for JA programs in Orange County, but also as a highly anticipated event and marketing mechanism for Orange County business professionals.

This signature fundraising event for JA of Orange County, held at The Pacific Club, also features a networking hour and silent auction.  We are respectfully requesting an in-kind donation for the silent auction to help us reach our fundraising goal.  As a generous donor of this event, JA will highlight the company in the program and on the silent auction display table.

Any contribution would be sincerely appreciated and will help JA of Orange County inspire and empower more Orange County students to own their economic success and stay in school through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness education.
