DONATION REQUEST
The Friends of Strasburg Parks & Rec is a 501(c)(3) organization. The mission of the organization
is to “improve the quality of life for all Strasburg residents by generating funding and support for projects and programs that enhance and supplement activities and scholarships offered through the Strasburg Parks and Recreation District.”
The Friends organization holds fundraisers throughout the year to raise funds to support our mission. These fundraisers include an Online Auction, Bingo, Cajun Boil dinner, 5k race, and other activities.
We are seeking donations from businesses to donate goods and/or services for live auctions, raffles, and prizes. In exchange for your donation, Strasburg Parks & Rec will recognize your business as a sponsor in our local newspaper, the I-70 Scout, through an Email broadcast (to nearly 2,000 members), and on-site during the various events.
