It is our hope that you will partner with us for LCHS Bands’ Stompin’ at the Savoy which will be
held on March 11, 2023 at Limestone Community High School. Stompin’ is an evening of
fantastic jazz music performed by our talented group of students in a formal, nightclub type
setting which includes both dinner and a silent auction.This is a longstanding tradition of the
LCHS Band that draws hundreds of people each year! We are very excited to be serving food
this year; something we haven’t done since 2019!

Our LCHS Bands cannot function without volunteers. While we rely heavily on parents,
students, administrators and our Booster Board, we also can’t function without help from our
community! We have numerous fundraisers throughout the year to help offset costs for
students and help purchase needed items for our bands. Stompin’ at the Savoy is our biggest
fundraiser and we are asking for your support!

We would love for your assistance in helping our band students succeed and make memories
that will last a lifetime. If you partnered with us by becoming a sponsor during this inaugural
year, we thank you! If you are new to supporting our band or would like to continue supporting
the band, we will gladly accept any donation you have to offer for our silent auction. Our LCHS
Band Boosters is a 501(c)3 organization, so any donation is tax deductible.

Our Band Booster Board Officers are ready and willing to stop by your local business to pick up
