The Stony Creek Elementary Home & School Association invites you to join us in making our 4th Annual Designer Bag Bingo Fundraiser a continued success! At this event, which will be attended by almost 300 community members, we will raffle off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event will be held on March 24, 2023 to raise money to fund several projects that enhance our students’ learning experience, including STEM projects, teacher supplies, and other educational school activities. In the past, funds from the HSA have been used for much-needed items such as classroom rugs, biology projects, guided level reading books, and art supplies.

In addition to helping almost 600 students and teachers at Stony Creek Elementary, this Designer Bag Bingo Fundraiser provides an opportunity to promote your company within our community. Please consider sponsoring the event at one of the levels listed below. Sponsorship will ensure your business name is included in the event program and on all other promotional materials. The event will be promoted on the Stony Creek HSA Facebook page, the weekly “This Week at Stony Creek” newsletter that is emailed to all Stony Creek parents, as well as a highly popular Whitpain Moms Facebook page. Sponsoring the bingo event is a tremendous way to reach many local families in our area. 

If you can contribute, please make your check payable to Stony Creek HSA and write “BAG BINGO” in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to Stony Creek Elementary HSA or hand delivered to a committee member. Contributions are tax deductible, subject to IRS regulations (Organization Tax ID: 75-548104 and EIN: 20-1033858).

Platinum Sponsor
($500) Platinum Sponsors will have their banner displayed during the event and receive name recognition throughout the event as a Platinum Sponsor, prominent name recognition on marketing materials leading up to the event, and prominent name and company graphics in the event programs

Gold Sponsor

($350) Gold Sponsors will have their poster prominently displayed at the raffle basket tables and receive name recognition throughout the event as a Gold Sponsor, prominent name recognition on marketing materials leading up to the event, and prominent name and company graphics in the event programs

Silver Sponsor
($200) Silver Sponsors will be the exclusive sponsor of a designer bag and receive name recognition during the event as a Silver Sponsor, their business name displayed with the sponsored bag, and name recognition on marketing materials leading up to the event and in the event programs

Bronze Sponsor
($75) Bronze sponsors will be recognized during the event as a Bronze Sponsor and receive a business card sized advertisement in the event programs

Raffle Item/ Door Prize Donations
