Israeli Krav Maga Cherry Hill and Safe Way Out, are working to STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. All money raised during this event will be donated directly to Safe Way Out, a New Jersey non-profit organization. The funds will be used to provide personal protection training and security equipment, given at no cost to survivors of domestic violence.

On Saturday October 7, 2023 from 1:00-5:00 pm, we will be hosting an open house of fun activities, including Krav Maga self-defense training & a Ninja Warrior style obstacle course. In addition to an opportunity to learn from Krav Maga experts and test your obstacle course skills, we will have free food, music, games, as well as a raffle and silent auction for some amazing prizes. All ages are welcome!

Unfortunately, domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women in the United States. Every 9 seconds a woman is assaulted. 1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime. The effects of domestic violence affect every aspect of a woman’s life including their physical and mental health, relationships with family and friends, their children’s health and well-being, and professional careers. There are hundreds of statistics regarding the effects of domestic violence, but almost no statistics that capture how many attacks are prevented each year or thwarted by preventative measures women take.
