Description
On Saturday, May 11, 2019, SFA and San Mateo PAL are hosting the 3rd, annual 5K Run/Walk to promote the importance of Student Health and Mental Wellness. We are also hosting a Wellness Workshop designed to educate and promote ways to guide teens toward a positive and healthy mind, body and personal community.
Our goal is to encourage dialogue and provide support to teens through discussion, involvement and education. Additionally, we hope to promote collaboration between youth and adults by providing education on the different ways to deal with stress and the various pressures teens face.
