Dear Community, 

My name is Ellie Marsh and I am the Co-Principal of beautiful San Pedro Elementary School in San Rafael, CA. San Pedro is a Title 1 low-income school that serves TK-5th Graders from the Canal neighborhood of San Pedro. Our students are 99% latino and majority English Language Learners. At San Pedro, we have an incredible Student Council made up of 12 brilliant 3rd-5th Graders dedicated to making San Pedro the best community we can! They give up their recesses to hold meetings that they independently faciliate, they problem solve with district and community leaders, and support their peers to problem-solve and advocate for themselves. They truly deserve an end of year celebration for all of their hard work this year and I would love to take them to Six Flags :) We are looking for donations to cover the ticket price for 12 students and 4 adults, as well as funds to feed them while we are there. We would be so grateful for your support!
