My name is Andrew Ashton and I am with the Hopkinsville High School student council.

I am reaching out to you as we are planning a rewarding day for our students for benchmark assessments, ACT state scores, and overall student accomplishments for the year on April 22nd.

We are hoping to hand out prizes on this day for games and events such as football throws, door prizes, dart games, and completing obstacle courses. We would like to also offer a free concession stand.

In addition to allow students to be entered into special raffles.

We wanted to ask if there would be a way you would be able to help us sponsor this event with us by donations of any kind.
