My name is Sara Tomasheski I am writing on behalf of the Lincoln Park Public Library.  Every summer, we run a Summer Reading Program for children, teens, and adults.  We host special programs and offer incentives for everyone to read as much as they can.  Our primary goal is to give the community a fun, safe place for people to interact; we also strive to create an environment that fosters lifelong learning.

We would once again like to improve upon our Summer Reading Program by raffling off prizes to patrons who consistently visit the Library during the summer months.  We think that special giveaways, will spark interest in the community.
