The Bunker Hill Public Library would like to request a donation from your place of business to use as incentive prizes for students who complete our Summer Reading Program. Our program is spans over seven weeks starting on June 9th, in which students are encouraged to read as many books as possible with various prizes for incentives. Students must read a total of 180 minutes to complete the challenges minimum and receive a small prize, but are encouraged to read 360 or more minutes to receive an additional prize pack and additional tickets for our Grand Prize Drawings. Last year, we had a total of 103 students participate in the Summer Reading Program who read a grand total of 32,000 minutes within 7 weeks! For 2022, we are expanding our advertising and are expecting a total of 120 students to participate in the Summer Reading Program and reading over 40,000 minutes.

            We are requesting a prize consisting of anything that would entice students to read as many books as possible. That could be something like free admission/tickets, promotional items, a coupon to your place of business or even a monetary donation to help fund the cost of other prizes, activities, events, and presenters that supplement our Summer Reading Program.
