Summer Reading Program is a long awaited event for the young ones in this area. The Sulphur Springs Public Library offers a summer kickoff with petting zoo and a carnival, then rounds off the summer with guest programmers, Story times, reading incentives/gifts/prizes for kids and families and family game nights (June and July) for ages 1-13. All donors will receive free advertisement throughout the city and county. Advertising includes radio (KSST am, Star Country FM, Thunder Country FM, and The Way FM radio stations) weekly newspaper (News Telegram) Sulphur Springs Public Library Facebook Friends, City of Sulphur Springs Facebook friends and a prominent logo on our reading logs and summer calendar. The calendar is sent out to all 5 school districts in the county to their primary and middle schools for posting and handouts, in addition to all daycares in Sulphur Springs
